Other tasks assigned by BODs
Work closely with the operator, hotel operation team, sales- marketing, procurement, and other internal departments to build and control the budget;
Construct and monitor financial projects, and budgets;
Analyze processes to identify gaps that can improve profit margins;
Provide regular reports and analyses on the performance of the hotel. Propose ways to maximize GOP across all assets;
Evaluate capital expenditures and depreciation;
Track a hotel&039;s financial performance against a plan, analyze business performance and market conditions to create forecasts, and help senior managers make tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports;
Develop predictive financial models to support organizational decision-making;
Conduct market research and study;
Establish benchmarks for financial processes;

Experience in Accounting, Finance, … at least 2 years experience in the hospitality field
