RESPONSIBILITIES
Classroom Training
– Organize training for all new Sales Staff
– Organize refresh training for Sales Staff
– Consolidate & prepare training kit, material for all training activities
Field Coaching
– Support ASM, TSM on field, feedback & coach for Sales staff
– On the job coaching for SS in order to improve sales performance
– Identify & feedback to Sales Management on potential Sales Staff
– Identify & feedback to Sales Management on market issue & opportunities with suggested solution
Reporting
– Weekly, monthly training report
– Weekly, monthly coaching feedback report
Yêu cầu
– Intermediate Certificate / Associate Degree/ University/Bachelor’s degree
– At least 5 years experience in FMCG
– At least 2 years in managerial position in FMCG company
– Sales skill
– Communication skill
– Facilitation skill
– Time management
– Computer literate (MS Office)
