Budgeting:Coordinates with SMBIL Head Office for the operating and financial assumptions, directions, and timetablePrepares timetable for SMBVL based on the SMBIL timetableDisseminates financial assumptions to department managersCoordinates submission of departmental budgets to Finance HCM officeCoordinates the budget review with General DirectorPrepares presentation materials for CFO and GDPrepares the necessary financial analysisBudget vs. previous yearProjected profitability based on various alternativesPrepares final budget for submission to SMBIL2. Monthly Financial Statement Variance Analysis:Receives actual financial statements from general accountingEncodes / download to “Budget Program”Actual vs. BudgetAnalyze variancesCoordinates with department concerned for the reasons of variancesPrepares summary of variance explanationsPrepares reports to CFO / GD3. Analysis of Financial Statements:Prepares profitability analysisPer productPer areaReturn on Fund Employed “ROFE”Cash flow4. Education:Bachelor’s/University degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent training in business2. Work Experience:At least five (6) or more years’ experience in the areas of finance/accounting with at least 2 years in similar position, preferably in multinational companies3.
