Mức lương: 12,000,000 – 20,000,000 VNĐ Loại hình: Toàn thời gian Chức vụ: Nhân viên phần mềmnetworkwebsitecomplianceMô tả công việcJob description:− To be responsible for updating & Controlling the hiring information on social network, RecruitmentWebsite, Group & Fanpage on Facebook,…;− Use internal or external systems to advertise job vancancies as appropriate;− Ensure compliance with employment and data protection related legal requirements;− To be responsible for searching & supplementing employees for Department in according to assignedvacancies;− Interviewing and screening applicants to determine whether they are qualified for a position;− Combining with HODs to make shorlist candidates and arrange the interview schedule betweencandidates & HODs.− Ensure to conduct recruitment activites accurately following company’s hiring SOP as well aswelcoming new employees;− Reviewing, checking & Controlling new employee’s input personnel file docutment;− Updating candidates’s database & status of recruitment as assigned vacancies;− Making the weekly/monthly recruitment report & send it to directly manager;− To be responsible for tracking new employee’s input record, ensuring them to complete allprocedures on time;− Other tasks assigned as Directly Manager.Requirements:− Bachelor’s degree or higher;− Prefer candidates who had experiences in recruitment;− Passiontate about Human Resources industry, especially about recruitment;− Proficient in English;− Ability to work under high pressure.Vega City Nha Trang vươn mình toả sáng, khẳng định vị thế là Quần thể bất động sản phức hợp Nghệ thuật – Nghỉ dưỡng – Giải trí ven biển duy nhất tại Nha Trang.
