Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, table turnover, and reservations.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency.
2. Customer Service Excellence:
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing a welcoming and attentive dining experience.
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
3. Staff Management:
• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Schedule and allocate tasks, ensuring optimal staffing levels during peak and off-peak hours.
4. Purchases and Supply Chain Management:
• Handle all purchasing activities, including sending orders to suppliers and managing inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
5. Accounting and Financial Bookkeeping:
• Take responsibility for financial operations, including bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Implement cost control measures and monitor expenses to achieve financial targets.
6. Quality Control:
• Ensure the quality and presentation of food and beverages meet or exceed established standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.
7. Marketing and Promotions:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions, events, and strategies to drive customer engagement and increase sales.

Yêu cầu tuyển dụng

Requirements:
• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including service standards, menu development, and customer relations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of customer traffic.
• Understanding of financial management, cost control, and reporting.
