Operational Management:• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, table turnover, and reservations.• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency.2. Customer Service Excellence:• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing a welcoming and attentive dining experience.• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.3. Staff Management:• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.• Schedule and allocate tasks, ensuring optimal staffing levels during peak and off-peak hours.4. Purchases and Supply Chain Management:• Handle all purchasing activities, including sending orders to suppliers and managing inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies.• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.5. Accounting and Financial Bookkeeping:• Take responsibility for financial operations, including bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting.• Implement cost control measures and monitor expenses to achieve financial targets.6. Quality Control:• Ensure the quality and presentation of food and beverages meet or exceed established standards.• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.7.
