l Leading Local staff in QA/QC department.
l Preparation Document for Method Statement and Inspection plan for QA/QC work
l Corresponded to follow up and complete the indoctrination for inspection techniques which is presented by QAT General Manager/Site Manager or Site Quality Control Dep’t General Manager
l Paper Control the MOA documents, collect Data for MOA
l Signature responsibility for MOA document, supervising reports, handover documents/
l NIC preparation work
l Check I.R report from Sub-contractor and all attachment document for final MOA document.
l Improvement corrective action for any Client, Consultant, comments
l Update filing structure
l Control OPR / SO / NCR / CAR / PAR status
l Prepare survey / audit schedule if required.
l Attend quality survey / audits as a Chief Superintendent.
l Conduct quality surveillance on a select number of deliverables or activities or activity to verify compliance with project requirement.
l Implemented corrective action for any Non-compliance identified as the result of audits.
l Maintain quality records for all quality audit activities.
l Support QA/QC manager quality matters and proceed.
l Summary data for QA/QC weekly report and monthly report.
l Attending meeting & Generate Letter and MOM (daily, weekly, monthly meeting) with Owner & Consultancy
Yêu cầu công việc
l Certification of Diploma, degree related to Quality management career.
l Qualification of certificate is valid for 3 years
l Knowledgeable about Quality Assurance procedures to prepare and maintain Qualified Inspector
l MOC Level 1
l 6 Years & over experienced in Quality management career in Power Plant Project or other Construction Project
l Excellent Verbal as well as Written communication skills in English
l Capable of resolving Site Construction issue by discussion with Client engineer
l Skilled in Microsoft office (Excel)
