Mô tả công việc

– Establish project management and all procedures related to project to achieve the performance standards, targets and all obligations of the O&M Agreement
– Provide expert advice with respect to conditions of service, duties and responsibilities, and privileges and entitlements under the company’s rules and regulations
– Responsible for overall project performance as well as managing the scope schedule, budget and obligations of the O&M Agreement
– Responsible for engineering needs for project including troubleshooting, training and documentation preparation
– Interfacing and developing with clients, subcontractors and related Vietnamese authority
– Making comprehensive and technical project reports

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

– Fluent orals and written in English and Vietnamese
– College graduated or above (Major: Science, Mechanical/Electricity/Electronic Engineering, Business Administration or related fields)
– At least 5-year experience in Energy industry or power plants
– Familiarity with electric power industry and knowledge of business issues associated with power plant.
– Experience in traditional fossil fuel generation plant (Preffered)
– High-level communication and management skills
– Ability to self-motivate and motivate staff
– Exceptional computer skills
