Experienced in Power Plant Project or Construction Project
Fluent English to communicate with management and Owner
Skilled in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred major back ground in Engineering or Construction
Capable of resolving contractual issue with Owner
Yêu cầu công việc
Negotiating & control subcontract for the contractual Issue (the terms and conditions)
Review construction cost and subcontractor’s quotation.
Control payment procedure of subcontracts
Support bidding procedure.
Control the rebar payment and delivery with coordination.
