  • Mô tả việc làm

    – Maintain control and coordination between the Business Owner and the operator
    – Ensure all service level agreements are in compliance
    – Annual Business plan preparation with a detailed focus on revenue forecasting for the Hotel project or business.
    – Advise Director and the BOD on policies related to hotel business activities;
    – Responsible for planning review, control and evaluation of business plans, sales plans, budgets and proposals of units cooperating with corporation in order to make appropriate recommendations;
    – Support Director in negotiating with hotel operations management brands, related partners and 3rd parties to ensure the criteria set forth by the management;
    – Controlling reports, making statistics of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and always providing timely reporting data to Director to report to the BOD decisions to promote effective business and adjust the hotel’s business plans and objectives (if any);
    – Coordinate with stakeholders, plan and monitor the plan, progress, negotiate and finalize the pre-opening plan with operator, ensure a reasonable budget for the items;
    – Responsible for working, contacting and planning to cooperate with travel agencies to promote sales;
    – Make statistics, and continuously update market reports related to tourism, hotel and related industries, in order to identify business opportunities, give advice to the BOD on strategies sales, marketing strategy, customer attraction strategy to achieve the set business targets;
    – Participate in the evaluation and development of Sales and Innovation Programs to create unique, loyal and consistent customer files with the brand of the corporation being built;
    – Regularly evaluate and review business indicators, sales reports, financial statements, etc… of the hotel and coordinate with hotel operators to come up with optimal solutions to meet business performance for the best hotel.

    Yêu cầu tuyển dụng

    – At least 10 years experience in the hotel industry, at least 03 years in a similar positionFinance, operations and management background
    – Fluent in english
    – Negotiation, relationship building and maintenance, budget construction and management…
    – strong knowledge of hospitality industry
    – Worked with international operators previously
    – Professional, flexible and fast adapting, able to work under pressure, problem solving skills
