Main responsibilities:
- Creating blueprints for system layouts ( IP address systems WAN, LAN, wifi, Internet,…) and explaining potential benefits and impacts of system upgrades than presenting them to executives.
- Install routers, servers and other hardware needed for the network.
- Systematically communicate the connection method and sign contracts with service providers.
- Support to coordinate with banks and partners to configure communication networks.
- Open and close connections for partner banks’ servers, LAN, wifi, internet connections…
- Managing and ensuring internet connection for company services (Ecom, Vas, mail, web…).
- Install and configure access control on specialized security devices such as Firewall Firewall NG, ensuring the safety of information technology infrastructure.
- Administration of servers and software to warn of transmission problems.
- Monitor and evaluate line performance and make reports on line quality.
- Monitor and evaluate network device performance, make reports on network quality.
- Coordinating parties to handle transmission and network problems.
- Coordinating the implementation of compliance with IT policies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry changes to be proactive in updating network infrastructure.
- Worked to support the Human Resources team with HR related systems.
- Managed the implementation, operation, and support of the assigned applications (ERP,CRM, HRM ,…). Advised, guided, and trained company employees regarding system usage and functionality.
