Mô tả công việcWe are seeking an experienced Digital Ads Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:Overseeing digital marketing activities: developing marketing strategies for products and communication programs in line with the company’s direction.Planning, implementing, and monitoring product and service advertisements on various channels such as Online Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.Resolving issues related to advertising policies and ad approvals from Google and Facebook.Coordinating with the Media Team to develop online marketing channels to ensure set results are achieved.Implementing promotional campaigns and brand building through various digital marketing tools (SEO/SEM, Online Advertising, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Social Media, SMS Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, etc.), including testing and evaluating results.Understanding the technical regulations of each digital channel to optimize content, images, and ad quality.Developing new advertising channels on digital platforms.Collaborating with related departments to ensure work progress and set results.Performing tasks as required by management.Yêu cầu công việcAt least 1 year of experience running Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing for businesses or equivalent positions.Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Team spirit and willingness to learn.Quyền lợi được hưởngWe have a young and creative team, working in a friendly environment that encourages sharing and mutual support.Our leaders and managers provide guidance, support, and professional development.Attractive holiday bonuses, 13th-month salary, team building activities, and celebrations for personal and company birthdays.Annual salary increases.Full social insurance coverage (after a 2-month probation period).After one year of employment, employees will have a 4.5-day work week (still receiving a 5-day salary).Bonus after each company project.Working Hours:Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM & as arranged by the company).Probationary period salary: 8,000,000 VND.
