Being in charge of the development for all operations, business activities, sales & marketing aspects at the region
Managing back offices at the central not limited Khanh Hoa for smoothly business development and activities.
Being in charge of leading and motivating the sales, and following the marketing strategies in line with company vision and agreed yearly business development plans
Developing the operational plans including the financial controls, sales targets and marketing objectives to ensure the growths plans are effectively managed and achieved.
Strong leadership and skills as well as excellent customer management relationship in relation with the companies and relevant organization, taking over the direct management of all branch’s activities in the achievement of business goals and company image.

University degree
5+ years in a management role, prefer candidate have experience in FMCG/ Retails
Proven track record of good performance
A drive to reach sales and service goals
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Experience with managing human resources
Good communication in English.
