Our large & modern factory at Lot C1 – Suoidau industrial zone, Suoitan commune, Camlam district, Khanhhoa province has operated since 08/2008, specialized in manufacturing exported swimwear products of the most famous international fashionable brand names such as ARENA, MARKS & SPENCER’S, LAND’S END, METRO, TRIUMPH ….
We are now looking for
Senior Production Supervisor
JOB DESCRIPTION:
– To make sure cutting- to pack operations are well planned and deliveries are timely met
– Labor management and problem solving
– To make sure quality requirements are met
– To make sure lead time is managed for the set KPI
Details will be discussed at interview
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1- Age between 27-35
2- English Speaking Vietnamese
3- At least 3 years experience in managing Sewing department , or Cutting/Packing/IE experience preferable
4- Education should be at least a degree in management/Engineering discipline
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
– Salary: will offer attractive salary to correct candidate based on demand
– Company subsidies : daily shuttle bus, free shift meal at factory canteen.

– Annual bonus: twice per year including Lunar New Year Bonus & the August Bonus.
